$100.00 Non Refundable Registration Fee (per child) grades Pre-K to 8^th grade which is applied to tuition.

 

 

 

 

Bingo Participation Option $350.00

 

This option affords you the opportunity to work the Epiphany Church Bingo and apply the $350.00 rebate toward your family’s 2007-2008 $500.00 Fundraising Fee. Accountability to fulfill your obligation will be monitored. Adjustments will be made appropriately pending any missed assignments.  The balance of $150.00 can be made up by either taking a buy-out option or participating in school fundraisers. The School Fundraising option is comprised of the profit realized by the school and not total sales accumulated.

 

***Bingo assignments will run from the first Thursday of June 2007 to the last Thursday of May 2008***

In order for registration to be complete, all 3 forms (Registration, Tuition Contract and the Bingo Option that you already have) must be returned along with the $100 registration fee.  New students must also include a copy of their birth certificate and immunization records.
