There is NO afternoon bus service!

 

 

We will have Fun & Field Day on Thursday, June 7, 2012 – RAIN OR SHINE!  Listed below are the guidelines for the day.

 

  • Please help us be GOOD NEIGHBORS.  The Deshmukh’s own the property on Toolan Lane from the driveway to Stevenson Street.  Please do NOT block the driveway or park on their property.  THANK YOU!

 

  • Students may wear play clothes (NO spandex shorts, NO short shorts, NO halter tops, NO low tank tops and NO mesh shirts, NO flip-flops!)  If it is chilly, you might need a jacket and sweats.  Please come prepared!

 

  • Bring hats, beach towels, sunscreen, sunglasses!

 

  • Events start at approximately 9:15 am.  Parents/grandparents and friends are invited.  Volunteers are asked to be here by 8:30 am to help set up.

 

  • Parents may join the children for a picnic following the activities.

 

Pre-K, Kindergarten to Grade 3 have lunch at11:30 am

Grades 4 through 8 have lunch at12:00 pm

Suggestion:  Bring a picnic basket to carry your soda & chips.

 

  • Dismissal at 1:00 pm.  There will be NO afternoon bus transportation.  Parents must make arrangements for their children.

 

Order forms for hot dogs, cheese pizza, soda and chips are being sent home today and must be returned by May 18th! All profits from our lunch sales will be used for equipment for the gym.
